Electronic Solutions R&D Planning:

All the developments are planned and programmed to respect the scheduling accorded with partners.

CAD Design and FEM Simulation:

Establishment of design concept, development of product architecture in 2D and 3D and production of small series in rapid 3D ABS prototyping, in 3D printer. Optimization of Heatsink thermal flows, of Magnetothermal power transfer and heating flow in Induction Coils, and of other Magnetic, Electric, Electromagnetic phenomena, in Static and Dynamic states, using Finite Element Method (FEM) with advanced FEM tools like Vector Fields.

Electronic Solution Development:

Design of electronic schematics, PCBs, soldering stencils, embedded firmware in “C” or “Assembly”, assembling of prototypes and implementation of all technical support documentation (Technical Product Dossier, Technical Manufacturing Dossier, Technical / Commercial Dossier, Technical Product Characterization, Legal and Statutory Requirement Dossier and Reliability Dossier).

Automatic Functional Verification Platform (AFVP):

Design of AFVP in accordance with Functional Specification Dossier and in accordance with relevant tests in form to obtain the required Quality levels.

Structuralized Cabling Harness Development:

Design of cabling harness in accordance with working environment (humidity, temperature and cycling), less track way methodology, and in accordance with fails minimization, in customer manufacturing process (like a simple component, using modular connection and multicolor wires).

Accelerated Reliability Tests:

Establishment of tests setup in order to evidence the required reliability levels, and «in-situ» capacity, to perform accelerated reliability tests.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Tests

Establishment of tests setup in order to evidence the conformity of Electronic Solutions with applicable standards, and in-situ capacity to perform pre-compliance tests.

Safety Tests:

Establishment of tests setup in order to evidence the conformity of Electronic Solutions with applicable standards, and in-situ capacity to perform pre-compliance tests.

CE and UL Marks and Evidence of Conformity

Establishment of applicable tests setup, applicable standards, measure methods and limits, tests accompaniment, production accompaniment test plans and technical dossiers to evidence the conformity with all the Electronic Solutions applicable standards.
