Manufactoring Process

Procurement Planning and Materials Management:

All the materials are obtained from global providers in order to guarantee good quality materials, good post sales support, good compromise price / quality and deliveries in scheduled time.

Cable Harness Manufacturing Equipments:

Maintain the State-of-the-art in manufacturing environment, equipments and support. Are used cabling harnesses automatic manufacturing equipments with automatic terminal crimping height control, crimping force and traction.

Pre-Series Manufacturing:

Establishment of pre-series manufacturing in order to perform a sustained and optimized mass production. Normally, the pre-series are placed in market and are accompanied / supervised in order to guarantee on-time detection of fails with immediate establishment of corrective and / or preventive actions in project and / or manufacturing processes.

Wave Soldering Equipments:

Maintaining the State-of-the-art in manufacturing environment, equipments and support. We use soldering equipments with nitrogen controlled atmosphere.

Automatic Functional Verification Platform (AFVP):

All the Electronic Controllers are tested with AFVP in accordance with Functional Specification Dossier and in accordance with relevant tests in order to obtain the customer required Quality levels.

SMT Equipments:

We accompany the State-of-the-art in manufacturing environment, equipments and support by using SMT equipments with laser alignment and video cams, in-line automatic soldering dispensing with soldering fault detection and automatic stencil cleaning, reflow ovens with nitrogen controlled atmosphere and in-line automatic optical inspection systems (AOI).

Vacuum forming equipment:

We dispose of equipment for plastic vacuum forming. This way we have capacity to do exterior coverings of domestic, commercial and industrial applications, boxes and encapsulations for electronic devices, etc. This also allows us to produce blisters and boxes for logistics of electronic solutions for our partners.

CNC equipment:

We dispose of CNC equipment of 5 axis for vacuum forming mould making, trimming vacuum formed parts and for aluminium, wooden, polymeric and other materials prototyping.
